** This role is to:

- Assist the Sales Department by calling the Customers on the Sales Orders, Billings and Returns.

- Support and to ensure daily sales orders and billings are operating in an Effective and Efficient manners.

** Main Duties

- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the products and promotions using scripts.

- Listen to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales

- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales

- Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed

- Gather and document customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products

- Take and process orders in an accurate manner

- Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation

- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales

- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information

- Preferably a minimum of 2 years in a FMCG environment with at least 1-year experience in Tele sales field

- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role

- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

- Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems

- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

- Excellent knowledge of Khmer and English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection and ability to engage customers in conversation.

- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

- Action-oriented, persistent and result oriented.
