- Covering outlets by assigned areas and Distributors.

- Effective implementation of Picture of Success (PICOS), national and localized promotions in designated market area/outlets by ensuring all sales/brand activities are properly carried out according to the 5Ps standards.

- Achieve the Sales Volume, distribution, and PICOS (Picture of Success) targets in the assigned outlets/ customers

- Effective outlet coverage based on the Journey Route Plan through the SFA system

- Effective distribution with the right Brand and right SKU at the outlets/ customers under the assigned areas with complies PICOS standards

- Create business opportunities through:

- Opening the Customer account for outlets/ customers within the assigned area.

- Conduct the Selling and Merchandising with the Consumer promotions in the designated outlets/ customers with complies with the Excellent Outlet Execution (EOE) standard

- Monitor, Track, and follow up on the selling-out of Hanuman’s products from the outlets/ customers

- Identify the opportunity to secure and deploy the Display (cooler & floor), Cooler, Brand Promoter, and Exclusivity with the outlets/ customers at the assigned areas with complies to PICOS & EOE standard

- Secure the Wedding functions, Parties, and special events for the business opportunity at the assigned areas

- Learn to Improve Behavior

- Supervising and coaching the Brand Promoter in the assigned outlets

- Ensure Forecast accuracy input by Brand & SKU for the assigned outlets/ customers

- Minimum Secondary School/Certificate holders

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in selling FMCG products

- Experience and knowledge with types of promotions and mechanics in NCP, Wedding, Wholesaler, and retailer segments background are highly preferred

- Enthusiastic, Passionate, and committed to achieving results

- Integrity, Self-Discipline, Trustworthy and reliable

- Good communication skills both Spoken and Written (English & Khmer)

- Good in Industrial Network, negotiation skill, and problem-solving skills
