** Direct Reporting to : Finance Manager

** Responsibility : Assist finance manager for handling month end closing and preparing reports and supporting documentation to auditor.

** Job Description

- Review invoices and GL to ensure the team post to correct GL account. Make correction if any GL account is found from wrong account or error posting before month end closing.

- Prepare JV adjustment for manager approval.

- Ensure that the team posted all expenses into system before month end closing.

o Data to be posted during month end (accrued, prepaid, payroll, provision)

o GL review

o System closing

- Prepare weekly; monthly report; and quarterly reports.

o Stock and AR provision

o Monthly BU report (summary and working sheet)

o Monthly AR and Stock provision

o Monthly controller

o Quarterly controller

o Monthly related party confirmation

- Preparing the data for monthly tax; annual corporate tax; and other legal documents.

- Join and manage stock count activity twice a year.

- Ensuring all related accounting document and legal file properly per statutory regulation.

- Work with external auditor and tax officer to ensure required documents and information is ready with the deadline.

- Other tasks assigned by manager.

- Graduate bachelor degree in accounting and finance, CAT or pursuing ACCA.

- At least 2-year experience in related role.

- Able to work under the pressure deadline.

- Good team player, interpersonal skill

- Good in time management and priority the task.

- Knowledge experience in SAP would be high advantage.

- Fluently in English
