Job Description

1. Develop sales strategy and sales planning of both TT and MT.

2. Set sales target for each sales team.

3. Manage and lead sales supervisors to achieve sales target.

4. Develop sales promotion.

5. Build good relationships with customers and understand their needs.

6. Conduct joint interview for sales staff recruitment.

7. Build good relationship and good communication with other deparments.

8. Sales report to CEO.

9. Other tasks assigned by CEO

Job Requirements

1. Have at least bachelor degree.

2. Be at least 33 years old.

3. Experince in sales manager position at least 3 years in FMCG field.

4. Good ability in English communication.

5. Good communication and strong leardership.
