1. Control inventory movement in the system to reflect with actual receipts/issuance of physical inventory

2. Make quantity adjustment to ensure inventory balance in system match with physical inventory

3. Conduct physical inventory counts with relevant functions to ensure accurate inventory balance

4. Collaborate with a GL accountant to close each inventory account’s ending balance accurately

5. Prepare monthly inventory reporting to Finance manager

1/ Education: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

2/ Experiences:

- At least 3 years of accounting or finance-related field

3/ Skills and knowledge:

- Knowledge of accounting principles

- Skill in Microsoft Office (especially excel spreadsheet)

- Skill in accounting system (SAP is preferable)

- Communication skill
