Delivery as per Area budget:

- Lead and set direction for the Sales Team according to budget – both on delivering volume and growing revenue and optimizing profits.

- Coach and guide sales team to sell and grow non-ocean activities including supply chain and local products


Customer Satisfaction:

- Actively monitor local NPS across segments and drive local improvement of customer satisfaction


Manage stakeholders across the area, region and global functions:

- Lead transformation from the front as per the overall company strategy

- Ensure best practices sharing across teams

- Manage cross functional relationships and actively provide input to product team on product value proposition

- Provide business planning input to Area on behalf of the country


Build and Develop a best in class Sales Team:

- Ensure Succession plans are in place for key roles including own role

- Coach direct reports for success and development

- Manage local engagement


Key KPIs:


1. Shared

- Volume

- Revenue

- Profit : Local products and Area Budget

- NPS for the country

2. Individual

- Employee Engagement Survey score

- Trade Market Share
