I.        Acting as a first point of contact dealing with correspondence and phone calls with clients, suppliers and colleagues

     II.        Take responsibility for meeting targets and undertaking work in an accountable manner and to a high degree of competency

    III.        Seek out and pitch for new business, negotiating the commercial terms of the agreement and completing necessary paperwork to ensure efficient and appropriate administration of the project.

  IV.        Maintain project and files, and records organized and available as necessary

    V.        Preparing internal reports, presentations and correspondence for the PM Consulting business line.

  VI.        Managing your diary and organising yourself for meetings and appointments

 VII.        With HR maintain PM Consulting team file, appraisals, Holiday, reviews, monthly and annual reports

 VIII.        Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients on behalf of the Property Management Consulting Team

   IX.        Ensure all contacts and business leads are registered and database kept up to date

    X.        Support and coordinate marketing and networking events such as networking events, seminars, and project related events

   XI.        Organise and oversee the work scheduling, coordination of client workshops and meetings for consultancy projects

  XII.        Take charge of producing documents such as presentations and reports for consultancy projects  

 XIII.        Perform other duties as assigned/needed such as ad hoc projects

      I.        To seek out new opportunities to provide property management services to under construction and operational real estate assets in Phnom Penh. To prepare appropriate, accurate and attractive pitch materials, and to pitch to clients to seek their business, and to prepare and negotiate contracts and commercial terms for property management service delivery with clients.

     II.        To provide consultancy services to clients through the provision of written and verbal advice, in accordance with the agreed scope of work and the actions of a professional and competent property management consultant. Follow best practice guidance from CBRE, as well as insurance and the advice of professional bodies and government authorities in the provision of advice.

    III.        Report business activity to Senior Management including the pipeline of work, potential future opportunities and any other reporting requested. Assist the business to achieve its broader goals as a representative of the management team, including supporting and training junior colleagues and getting involved in team initiatives and programs.

·        Male or female, minimum 25 years old  

·        Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related field

·        Minimum 5 years relevant experience in Property Management, ideally in consulting

·        Experience in all facets of property management and report writing

·        Strong business development skills – the ability to pitch and write pitch documents critical

·        Good English communication both verbal and written

·        Mandarin desirable

·        Good Microsoft skills (Words, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
