§ Manage and oversee the company accounting and statutory reporting

§ Ensure accounting entries are in compliance with the company accounting policies and guidelines

§ Ensure all GL accounts on the balance sheet are fully and timely reconciled and well documented

§ Ensure all accounting documents are properly filed in extreme well order for quick and convenient access

§ Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing of accounting book

§ Ensure completion of independent audits (for independent auditors to timely issue audited financial statements)

§ Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time

§ Degree in accounting / finance, CPA / ACCA preferred

§ Proven knowledges of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards

§ At least 3 years of experiences in supervising and managing full cycle of accounting booking and reporting

§ Skillful with SAP preferred

§ Very well-organized, committed and focused

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION

§ Degree in accounting / finance, CPA / ACCA preferred

EXPERIENCE

§ At least 3 years of experiences in managerial roles in finance and audits
