Data Analyst and Data Management

• Support in development & implementation of Route to Consumer strategy.

• Support the RTC manager to analyze the data and generate insights to help initiate initiatives and evaluate the outcome of those initiatives.

• Assists D&T and Sales Analytics Team in data management, governance, and data quality of master data requirements with other functional data owners to ensure functional master data integrity across the operation of financial systems is consistent and meets stated business rules and requirements.

Change Management

• Plan and design a Standard Operating Procedure to set a proper process for any changes initiated due to the Route to Consumer strategy.

• Collaboration and engagement with key stakeholders to help support a smooth change management. This may include Digital & Technology team, Sales Analytics team and the sales leadership team.

• Developing mitigating actions to counter lack of willingness to change.

• Acting as a first point of contact in terms of change in the organization.

Effective Communication

• Developing communication materials ensuring employees are able to be updated in our internal communication channels to increase transparency and celebrate milestone achievements amongst the entire sales department

• Bachelor's degree in information science, business analytics, data management, computer science or related field preferred

• Good command in English, both written and spoken

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience managing or executing data cleansing, data mapping and data governance

• Strong analytical skills and ability to understand existing business processes

• Ability to collaborate with and present to leaders at all levels

• Experience in leading communications of cross-functional projects

• Attention to detail and accuracy
