Summary of Position Phnom Penh has it first Gourmet shop! We are soon opening our Gourmet Café, and we are looking for our Café Sale Store and Stock Keeper to grow and expand our business. Main Duties and Responsibilities - Looks after the necessary preparations before the start of operation. - Refills salt and pepper shakers and other suppliers. - Checks and re-stocks service station. - Sets-up the table and installs require facilities. - Studies the menu and familiarizes themselves with the outlet’s specialties as well as out of –stock items and undertakers suggestive selling. - Take and serves food and beverage orders. - Place orders to the kitchen and pick up orders (in the absence of a runner). - Assists in welcoming and seating the guests. - Present guest check, receives payment and remits the same to the cashier. - Attends to guest inquiries, request and complaints. - Follow up kitchen staff about the orders. - Follow up delivery man about packing ordered food. - Clears table of soiled dishes, dirty and trash (in the absence of a runner). - Performs side duties and other assignments given by superior or manager.
