The successful candidate will support and maintain commercial and residential property services and management. The responsibilities include overseeing the collection of rent and other property fees, overseeing landlord and tenant requests, overseeing maintenance contracts, and carrying out property inspections. The candidate will oversee the annual budgets and prepare all meeting documents and provide reports on all properties.

We are looking for a candidate who has excellent organization and time management skills. The ideal candidate will have a high level of professionalism and accountability and a strong work ethic. The role requires excellent written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
