• Reports to the Operations Supervisor • Introduce and teach the English language to Japanese students, online, using prescribed textbooks • Implement the structured lesson management plans • Effectively provide quality learning experiences according to specified methodologies • Collaborate with the team projects to enforce quality standards across lessons • Actively participate in knowledge and skills development activities • Ensures department operates efficiently according to program and company measures and policies • Maintain understanding of program specific training. • Perform other related duties, as assigned • Must be willing to work on weekends and PH holidays EDUCATION •Graduate of any 4-year course
