Jobs Description

• To support develop and execute the corporate services strategy for AG. (i.e. HR, Finance, General Services and Procurement and Controlling) in line with the overall objectives of the organization. • Working together with Corporate Service Lead for review and recommend the overall policies and procedures for the Corporate Services Sector and ensure that they are in line with AG’s policies and procedures. • Follow-up and monitor the sector’s budget and implement improvement initiatives on cost and/or working capital reduction. • Oversee and guide the activities of the HR, Finance, General Services and Procurement and Productions. • Derive and develop medium and short-term plans and executive programs to manage and achieve the Corporate Services goals. • Monitor the Corporate Services Sector’s performance against pre-set performance goals to ensure that progress is being made in the desirable direction and preventive/ corrective actions are taken accordingly. • Propose new initiatives, plans and programs to improve the effectiveness of the Corporate Services Sector and service delivery to other teams. •Arrange and support periodic meetings with senior management team to follow up smooth running of activities and discuss their suggestions as well as adopt appropriate procedures and executive plans with respect to these suggestions. • Review all reports prepared by individual teams and prepare periodic reports with respect to the Corporate Services’ activities and achievements to be submitted to the direct supervisor. • Arrange training of corporate service teams and evaluate the outcomes of training courses. • Practice duties and roles in line with the authorities as illustrated in the authority matrix. • Others adhoc duty assign form team lead and management.

Jobs Requirement

- Any graduate with 4 or 5 years of experiences. - Experience in providing effective administrative support with the ability to organise and prioritise tasks effectively. - Ability in using computers and a range of application software packages, particularly databases, spreadsheets and word processing with Myanmar and English. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Good interpersonal skills and ability to work unsupervised and in a team environment.
