- * Customer Service (Page, Website, After Sale, Delivery) Training must be provided every time a new member arrives - * Must be able to take full responsibility for training - * Call scripts and training will help update the reply content - Analyze relevant data to determine customer experience and use this information to identify improvements at all touch points - Plan strategy, set targets / KPIs, create action plans & road map, and conduct data analysis - Set the vision and policy for customer care and the quality standard and assurance. - Identifying and accessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction. - Maintaining customer relations. - And all other tasks/responsibilities assigned by manager.

Jobs Requirement

- Any Bachelor Degree holder - * Excellent customer service and good personality - * Good interpersonal skill - Preferably 4 yrs experienced in Customer Service Specialilst or Trainer - Able to work under pressure and can multi-task effectively - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and all other programming.
