- Handles customer enquiries via phone calls/ email/ Viber and maintaining efficient service standard to customers. - To manage and follow up for enquiries/complaints/feedbacks promptly and professionally. - Follow up on complaints and liaise with relevant internal parties on technical works and commercial works - Responsible to follow up for daily operation of technical staff and to ensure the facility operations are delivered and met the client’s expectations - Manage and develop team members to provide quality service and good work performance - Ensure that works are in strict accordance with operating instructions - Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.

Jobs Requirement

- Diploma in Property Management or bachelor’s degree in law, Marketing, Business Administration or related field. - Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial operations and real estate sector - Organized, independent and can multi-task. - Friendly and pleasant disposition - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Able to work under pressure & independently
