- Maintain records of all projects in the system. - Update and circulate Master Projects Schedules to all concerned Departments on a weekly basis. - Update and circulate Monthly shipment report to Finance Dept on a monthly basis. - Plan, monitor & execution of all jobs in co-ordination with concerned Order Entry engineers. - Support engineers to solve any or all issues related to the job both internally and externally. - Assist CSD Manager to monitor and to ensure that all jobs are entered in the system are being processed strictly according to policies and procedures . - Ensure and to maintain effective co-ordination with Finance, Engineering & Order Management group during the processing of a job from beginning stage until shipment. - Monitor and to ensure that any or all additional work order by customer are being carried out only based on a Approved Change order by Customer or based on an addendum for the increased contract value. - Ensure a Quality Project has been achieved. - Ensure and to maintain good relationship and working atmosphere among staffs with in Customer Service Dept.

- University degree in Construction/ Civil/ Architecture/Mechanical - At least 2 year experience in related work in steel structure is highly prefered - Good knowledge in Customer Service skills - Excellent interpersonal & communication skills - Ability to make decisions and take necessary actions. - Ability to maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence related to the work.
