Job Purpose: To develop the retails model and improve incentive structure in branded retail shops and to monitor & control targets setting achievements, quality of services, display of shops, efficiency of customer services. - Develop overall revamp branded retail strategy, expansion plan and sustainable operation model in line with Company’s objectives. - Develop and roll out digital experience stores design, layout and conceptualization of the flagship stores through collaboration with cross functional teams - Develop effective and concise communication messages and communicate via effective and efficient methods to Branded Retail Channels - Review and propose retail operation model and incentive structure for different retails stores format and work alongside regional team to make it sustainable. Allocate of incentive, commission and trade marketing budgets accordingly. - Analysis and cost control - Develop offline marketing initiatives with the help of cross functional teams to increase footfall. - Introduce updated offers in form of banners and display in all stores effectively. - Participating in trade shows and offline events every week. Attending industry functions and conferences where deemed necessary by EVP – Travel - Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company\'s unique selling propositions and differentiators. - Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels. - Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales. - Focus on Sales, up-selling and customer services at the shop level for all sales and service in all stores. - Initiating digital literacy in all stores for customers by providing online shopping training. - Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate. - Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met. - Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets. - Manage performance of all Branded Retail operations to ensure achievement of profit and loss targets - Responsible for formulation and standardization of customer experience across all store formats.

Jobs Requirement

- Hold a Bachelor or Master Degree in Business or Economics - Have a minimum of 5 years or more professional experience in retail operations, marketing - Excellent communication in English and Myanmar and good coordination skills - Travel Retail experience necessary - Microsoft office skills necessary – Excel, PowerPoint - Audit skills in terms of practice, training or formal certification is an advantage
