JOB DESCRIPTION • Prepare welcome folders for all the arriving clients. • Meet clients at hotel within 24 hours from their arriving time. • Update optional sales report and cash collection on daily basis. • Check emails and respond the inquiry and details accordingly. • Responsible for making sure all clients in Sarawak are satisfied with our services and are well informed on the program. • Responsible for checking on clients' itinerary and their flight details to make sure all are in order. • Provide report on any irregularity or problems faced by clients. • Responsible to prepare and submit a monthly report updates about hotels, works, events, news and available products. • Provide welcome meeting and ground support to guest while on spot. • Provide optional tour sales to clients. • Constantly in contact with KL main office should there be any group arrangement concerning Sarawak.

JOB REQUIREMENTS • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field. • At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. • Required language(s): English • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Excellent knowledge of Sarawak • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
