Job Summary This position is responsible in overseeing the effectiveness and efficiency of all Company’s training programs. These include but not limited to: • Conducting research study of effective training methodologies, programs and techniques that are suitable with the strategic goals of the Company • Collaborating with different departments to determine necessary KPIs to come up with a thorough and data-driven training needs analysis • Coordinating with external providers the appropriate training courses across all positions to improve employees’ competence on their respective functions • Developing and evaluating the reliability of training modules through various assessment tools • Designing training materials needed for proper execution of training courses • Creating timely reports such as training evaluation, expenditures, and improvements • Preparing annual budget plans for training projects and workshops Job Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resource, or any related field • Extensive background in training module development including the conduct of Training Needs Analysis preferably in real estate industry • Knowledgeable and stays updated with new training trends and techniques • Highly analytical and excellent organizational skills • Strong work ethics and communication skills • MS Office Proficient Perks • Family-oriented work environment • Performance Bonus • Healthcard • Paid Leave • Employee Loans (Salary, Housing)
