Purpose of Position Receive orders from SRs, MRs, Delivery Reps, and Customers through our call center and enter sales orders into our operating system. Receive complaints from customers and raise issues to the commercial and operations teams in order to maintain our high standard of service. Coordinate with all related colleagues to resolve and meet customer demands. Receive customer calls Support other tasks assigned by Management

Duties and Responsibilities Handle order requests from customers on call and proceed within time Frame Handle urgent orders and proceed within time frame Ensure that every complaint is received courteously, investigated thoroughly and acted on quickly and appropriately. Coordinate with principal counterpart on resolving problems and complaints and provide documents needed by principal. Raise any feedback from customers to teams so that the issue is addressed timely and correctly. Receive and follow up the customer complaint (Service & Product quality complaint from customer, SRs and MRs) Key Result Areas Process all order request within the same day Handle order with accuracy Call receiving within 20 seconds Handle complaints and meet customer satisfaction Required Qualification Bachelor Degree in any field Male or Female age of over 21 years Experienced in order taking with good communication skill Familiar with Microsoft office program as well as the use of office equipment Able to work overtime Reasonable knowledge of English Can work under pressure Benefits Competitive Salary depending on experience
