- Analyze invoices to ensure correct products/services were received at expected cost - Collaborate with department heads to strategize ways to minimize waste - Understand the entire arc of the business and how productivity impacts profitability - Assess all incoming products, resources, and services to ensure the best price - Key-in account payable/clear expense import inventory following invoice in IAS system - Prepare cost sheets of Machine/ Engine/ Spare Parts - Key-in cost of Machine/ Engine/ in EMS system after create ID in system - Keep record all movements about inventory (In-Out balance by item and amount) to make purchasing/ Cost of Goods sold / Outstanding report in Excel - Prepare/ Checking documents for Account payable process - Other related duties assigned by Manager

- Bachelor Degree in finance or relevant field strongly preferred - Minimum 2 years+ experience working in Cost Control Accounting - Able to communicate well in English is given priority - Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal - Solid networking and interpersonal skills - Able to generate budgets and reports - Strong presentation skills, able to explain concepts concisely and accurately
