- Assist walk-in dealers, outlet or customers form all walk-in life, provide information and solution to customers. - Handle customer’s complaints, provide potential solution to customer if problem occurred. - Generate daily sale report to line manager, and perform other duties assigned by line manager - Reconciliation cash and inventory physical count on daily basis, manage daily stock - Manage day to day operation in depot. - Ensure the quality of the network for customer satisfaction. - Oversee compliance with statutory reporting and filing requirements - Prepare relevant Daily, weekly, monthly reports

- University qualifications in Business Related - Able to communicate in English - Proven success in communicating effectively to all points of contact with customers - Experience in customer services and selling to customers - Familiarity and confidence in discussing technologically driven product solutions. - Ability to remain intergraded to a team, while working remotely and independently. - Innovative, creative, flexible and conscientious with high-level communication skills - Proficiency in English communication
