- Prepares packages. - Prepares sales plans for promotion, advertisement and public relations. - Prepares advertising budget. - Maintains tracer files and records business achieved. - Maintains information on competitors. - Researches and develops new sales leads. - Makes telemarketing to customers. - Pays visits to customers who are experiencing difficulties with the Hotel. - Writes quotation and general business letters. - Prepares mailings and updates listing of Hotel guests. - Communicates progress of sales information to other departments. - Organizes sales and promotion activities within and outside the Hotel. - Servicing of conferences and groups. - Plans and makes sales calls. - Submits monthly sales activity reports: group feedback reports, guest questionnaire report, - Perform other duties as assigned from time to time by the Sales Manager.
