Jobs Description

* Prepare and Follow up order, shipment schedule and also booking to forwarder - Prepare Invoice, packing, container for Import and Export, and also provide efficient delivery - Booking and confirmation from forwarder and also coordination with packing team be ensure good are smoothly for ship - Prepared and follow up customs clearance as like commercial invoice, packing list, Truck Bill, cam-control, container check list。 - Monitor stock and cut stock from master list for re-import, export goods to General Department of Customs and Excise of Cambodia office - Follow up all update information from forwarders, customers, GMAC, MOC and Customs department - Prepare and keep in update shipment plan to finance and account department. - Prepare, monitor shipment cost, cost forecasting and summary report in monthly to finance department - Others task which assigned by shipping manager * Know the way how to use ASYCUDA system - Know the document requirement customs and - How to find HS code of goods - Can calculate duty and taxes of goods - Knowledge for C/O Form E/D - Knowledge for apply custom value permit - Follow up cargo with clearance team and ensure cargo deliver to customer on time - Other task as per assigned

Jobs Requirement

- At least 5 years of work experience with logistics or for customs clearance field .
