- Comply with monthly tax declaration / filing, ensure monthly tax payments and e-VAT are within the timeline. Review the work performed by the Accountant on daily basis including the monthly closing items. - Ensure the whole AR and AP processes are in place and follow up with AR to make sure customers pay on time. - Monitor and reconcile the daily and monthly bank reconciliation - Ensure transactions are properly recorded timely - Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, internal auditors, and tax auditors during any ofsuch audits - Collaborate with the tax advisor regarding the company’s tax planning and tax filing preparation - Ensure the accuracy and validity of the financial statements. - Communicate with oversea partners - Other tasks assigned by manger
