* ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES - Manning the golf shop, answering the phone and assisting guest and member golf reservations - Develop and reviews standard operation procedures, tuition programs - Deliver high quality group and individual coaching - Operate appropriately stocked golf shop - Custom fitting and golf ‘s club repairs - Maintain quality service standards - Maximize revenue and profitability - Organize golf tours for members - Assisting food and beverage department as arranged prior and when necessary

REQUIREMENT - Bachelor degree of management or related degree - Strong interpersonal skill and professional golfing skills - Knowledge of club/facility/estate rule and regulation - At least 5 years’ experience in management level from various industries and golf experience is preferable - Able to interact with a wide range of clients - Self-motivated with the desire to promote and market - Strong communication skills, verbal and written - Strong leadership and strategic planning experience
