•Overall day-to-day management of the accounting and finance functions of multiple clients in a shared service environment •Ensure all accounting practices, statutory accounts and reports are compliant with current tax laws and accounting standard. •Deals with ad hoc problems and provides guidance, instruction and/or solutions to solve the problem •Prepare/review financial statements for submission to client’s management and supporting reconciliations, analyses and work papers •Manage and coach senior associates, associates and client service representatives •Issue engagement letter and provide in house training to team •Participate in meetings with new client prospects and in the proposal process

* Required Qualifications: 1.Education: University degree preferably in Finance, Accounting or business related fields 2.Special license/certificate: Holding ACCA qualification or ACCA student is preferable 3.Ability to manage, coach and motivate a team 4.Interest in personal/professional development and advancement 5.Strong knowledge of accounting (IFRS and IFRS for SMEs) and Cambodia taxation 6.Strong experience in using MS Word and Excel (advance level) 7.Strong experience in using accounting system (QuickBooks or Xero) 8.Experience: Minimum 4 years of working experience in similar capacity 9.Good command of English language (both spoken and written).
