- Payment processing - Recording of payment transactions in the system - Recording of cash receipts in the system - Receiving and monitoring of requisition orders and work orders from other departments - Monitoring and updating of staff advance account in the system every week - Assists in the stock take in warehouse and fixed asset sighting (twice a year) - Witness coal unloading and diesel delivery - Other jobs that may be assigned from time to time
