• Install and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners • troubleshoot and maintain computer systems and networks • talk to staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues • provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports • Respond in a timely manner to service issues and requests • follow SOP-Checklist, diagrams or written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system • support the roll-out of new applications by set up new users' accounts profiles and deal with password issues • respond within agreed time limits to call-outs • work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate) • priorities and manage many open cases at one time • rapidly establish a good working relationship with customers and other professionals, such as software developers • test and evaluate new technology

•Bachelor Degree in IT or related field •At least proven some experiences as IT Technical Support •Strong enough with networking and firewall filter •Problem-solving and communication skills •An ability to priorities, delegate and logical thought process •Be able to work individually and in the team.
