* Job Description • Prepares and records asset, liability, revenue, and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information. • Prepare invoices, payment and receipt vouchers • Produces payroll by initiating computer processing; preparing checks, verifying finished product. • Oversee accounts payable and receivable • Prepare financial statement and produce budget according to schedule • Maintain account balance and bank statements • Record month end close journal entries and prepare account reconciliations • Monthly, and yearly tax preparation and declaration • Others tasks are assigned by Superior
