Jobs Description

- Support the process for account opening and validation in system as effective as possible. Making sure documents submitted by front officers are accurate and valid. - Take action to follow up in case provided documents are not complete. - Upload the specimen signature form, signed by proper discretionary holder(s) on timely manner. - Contribute to efficient delivery of customer requests, including, issuance of check book, check activation, bank confirmation (i.e., scheduled account statement printing...), etc. - Maintain a proper control of sales kits and stock for passbook, FD certificate, blank check book, brochures, etc., take action to report and request for the new stock as necessary. - Support and handle complex customer’s issues in supporting sales area while executing excellent customer service principles. - Checking and verifying daily CBS reports. - Ensure substantial account movement in material amount and make necessary reports to Banking Operations Manager. - Ensure, check and verify all frontline NBC reports are timely submitted. - Assist DBM/BM on other operational tasks as assigned by BM/DBMCS.

Jobs Requirement

- Degree in banking and finance, Accounting, Business or any related discipline. - Minimum 4 years relevant working experience with commercial bank - Organizational and time management skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment. - Sound sales and negotiation skills. - Sound written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in managing a team work and portfolio of business customers. - Understanding of economic climate and impact of country factors on customer’s business as well as the bank. - Articulate with strong writing skill in English and Khmer. - High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills. ** Interested candidates is welcomed to send your last updated resume, a copy of Cambodian ID card and a recent passport size photograph to the following: B.I.C (Cambodia) Bank Plc. #462, Preah Monivong Blvd., Sangkat Tonle Bassac, Khan Chomkarmon, Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
