• Ensure effective and efficient maintenance of system • Perform monthly key account reconciliation • Delivery of timely and accurate month end closing with financial statements • Accurate and timely completion of sale report • Ensure strict compliance to tax laws and regulations including, but not limited to, monthly and yearly tax return and payment & new registration and renewal of licenses • Ensure effective budget management and control • Provide necessary supports to relevant cross functional team • Maintain good relations with key stakeholders • Other tasks as necessary.

• Knowledge of company software • Knowledge of accounting software • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (primarily Word, Excel, and Outlook) • Knowledge of general office practices
