Duties and Responsibilities: 1.Installs and configures computer hardware operating systems and applications. 2.Monitors and maintains computer systems and networks. 3.Talks employee / clients through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone. 4.Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. 5.Replaces parts as required. 6.Provides support, including procedural documentation. 7.Follows diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system. 8.Supports the roll-out of new applications. 9.Sets up new users’ accounts and profiles and dealing with password issues. 10.Responds within agreed time limits to call-outs. 11.Works continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate). 12.Prioritizes and managing many open cases at one time. 13.Rapidly establishes a good working relationship with customers and other professionals (e.g., software developers). 14.Tests and evaluates new technology. 15.Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment.

Job Requirements: -Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in information technology ( Networking or Programming ) -Have at least 1-2 years working experience. -Fluent English communication skills. -good organizational and time management skills; -Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on your own initiative; -Be honest, Loyal, reliable, flexible, innovative, fast learner and hardworking. -Discretion and an understanding of confidentiality issues.
