Jobs Description

Duties and Responsibilities: •Co-ordinate and arrange activities to support the management office. •Control all staff attendance and welfare, produce end weekly/monthly Attendance sheet, Roster •Maintains appropriate standards for dress, hygiene, uniforms, appearance, posture and conduct of personnel •Arrange appointments and meetings for the HR Manager and other HOD, recording same in diary and ensure the HR Manager and other Managers have the appropriate documentation for each appointment •Attend meetings such as Department Heads Meeting, Executive Meeting •Take minutes of attended meetings, accurately transcribe and circulate to appropriate personnel •Arrange accommodation and restaurant reservations for special events •Perform hostess duties at staff, guest and other functions as required •Assess priorities of work and assist in organizing administrative work •Receive and verify HR forms, maintain a filing and trace system •Answer all incoming calls for the office and either transfer, redirect or take a message •Maintain the strictest confidentiality at all times on all matters •Assist HR managers on the papers work as required •Demonstrate co-operation and trust with colleagues, supervisors, teams and across departments •Interact with other department and company staffs in a professional and positive manner to foster good rapport, promote team spirit and ensure effective two ways communication •Close working with all concerned departments and perform other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirements: -Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in any field -Female age 20-30 years old -At least 1 years of working experiences in private company -Good command of written and spoken English and Khmer. -Can speak Chinese Language is additional advantage. -Computer Literate Ms.Word and Excel. -Attention to detail and accuracy. -Be able to work under pressure. -Strong work ethic/ conscientious, self-motivated, honest and confidential
