-Organizes the work schedule, including the Security officers' rotations and breaks. -Write report of the daily work and submit to the management and take proper action to solve the issue. -Train and guide security offices of their duties. Make sure all securities are equipped with proper uniform. -Protect the safety of property and people. Make sure everything is obeyed under the law and the regulation of company. - Ensure the safety of staff, customers and property of the company and maintain a high standard of security in the farm. - Initiate regular checks on the farm’s security equipment and ensure that all security equipment and related items are properly maintained/serviced and are in good working order/condition at all times. - Liaise with companies providing security guard services and act on the Farm’s behalf in negotiating the terms of the contract. - Monitor the performances of the security personnel and ensure the staff maintain high level of discipline and professionalism in discharging their duties. - Follow up and visit all environment in the company - Solving the problem happening related to security process in the farm - Observe for signs of crime or disorder and investigate disturbances - Act lawfully in direct defense of life or property - Apprehend criminals and evict violators - Take accurate notes of unusual occurrences - Report in detail any suspicious incidents - Monitor and control access at farm entrances gates

-Candidate should be around 27-50 of age. -Bachelor degree in related field -With at least 2 or 3 years experiences with the related work. -Good health and physically strong. -Have good skill of security knowledge and able to train security officer. - Be honest and responsible towards the job. - Willing to work hard and be flexible on timings. - Possesses good spoken and written English - Committed and able to lead with minimum supervision - Possesses good leadership qualities and ability to work well under pressure
