- Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements - Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles - Manage general ledger and assist month-end/year-end close processes - Provide recommendations - Monthly, and yearly tax preparation and declaration - Plan, assign and review staff’s work - Works with Managing Director to formulate and help implement policies and procedures for the human resources function - Others tasks are assigned by Managing Director

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field - At least 3-5 years of experience in the field of accounting - Strong understanding of accounting, finance, and management principles - Good leadership and communication skills - Financial Reporting/Accounting systems - Good written and verbal communication skills - Ability to multitask and work under time pressure
