-Work with a team of cross-functional developers in delivering quality software applications end-to-end -Write reusable, testable, efficient code -Ensure high performance and responsiveness to any technical requests whether requirements analysis, development, testing, maintenance or support -Work collaboratively and proactively with the IT team in the Philippines and Japan

-Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, OR related field Certifications -At least 2 years hands-on experience in frontend and backend development using the following: -Object Oriented PHP (7.x), Frameworks such as Laravel or Codeigniter, Python and Ruby a plus -Frontend: HTML5, CSS3, Javascript (Vanilla, ES5 or higher), VueJS, jQuery, Mobile responsive -Backend: Linux/Nginx, Apache, MySQL/MariaDB, API creation & consumption -Quality/Testing: Test Driven Development (TDD), PSR 1, 2 and 4, Design Patterns (ex. Facade, Factory, Decorator, etc.), S.O.L.I.D. Principles, "Clean Code" -Server: AWS, EC2, RDS (Aurora), ElasticCache, Cloud Front, Route 53 -UI/UX: Wireframing, Photoshop, Zeplin.io or similar tools, Design Thinking a plus -DevOps: GIT, Ansible, Docker, VirtualBox -Experience in Microservice Architecture, Domain Driven Design (DDD) a plus -Experience in ORM such as Doctrine or Eloquent a plus -Experience in using Redmine or JIRA and Confluence, PHP Storm a plus -Experience in native/hybrid mobile (Ionic, ReactNative) a plus -Experience working in an Agile environment like Scrum, Kanban a plus
