-Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly -Thoroughly and efficiently gather customer information, access and fulfill customer needs, educate customer where applicable to prevent the need for future contacts and document interactions -Complete all necessary documentation to manage customer complaints, issues, and subsequent solutions -Liaise with all stakeholders to assist supporting performance of Customer Service for events and movies transactions -Maintain excellent relationship with customer

-Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field of studies from reputable universities -Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply -Required Skill(s): Communication, Problem Solving -Preferably Staff (non-management and non-supervisor) specialized in Customer Service or equivalent -Required Language(s): English, Mandarin. Proficiency in English is a must, recruitment process is limited for CV written in English only.
