Jobs Description

- Must be able to handle conversations in Italian and English Language · Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails relating to subscriptions, mobile phone swap fee, swap process and phone swap details submission to the client. · Assist customers with their registration & subscriptions. · Modify/cancel subscriptions. · Handle feedback & complaints. · Provide management reports to the client based on the agreed format and intervals. · To capture all relevant information and feed it into the CRM · Any other task(s) as assigned by management.

Jobs Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in any discipline. • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Italian. • Possess initiative, able to work independently and as a team. • Dynamic, highly motivated and a result-oriented team player with good interpersonal skills. • Ability to work rotational shifts. • Contact Centre Operating Days/Hours : Monday-Sunday, 7am-7pm (Italy local time). • Work Week : 5 day week based on roster. • Off Days : based on roster.
