1. Assist the Front Office Manager to supervise the Front of the house and all relevant sections of the Front Office Department. 2. To ensure efficiency of all sections under supervision 3. Responsible in the setting up of the Assistant Manager’s Log Book, Follow Up Book and Dairy at the Assistant Manager’s Desk and to report all unusual events to the Front Office Manager. 4. Ensure closely co-ordination with all sections of the front office and all departments of the hotel. 5. In the absence of the Senior Assistant Manager, to make decisions regarding operational problems. 6. Responsible in the handling of the Emergency Key and Safe deposit box key. 7. To carry out all emergency procedures and co-ordinate closely with the Security Department. 8. Keep strict control on the operation of the Computer System and its peripherals. 9. To improve on guest service standards. 10. Responsible for the arrival and departures of all VIP guests. 11. Monitoring of guest's high balance daily to prevent losses by the hotel. 12. Responsible in maintaining a Front Office Safe deposit Box. 13. Perform any other duties as required by the Front Office Manager or the Management. 14. Comply with the Company's policies and procedures.
