- Coordinates office operations such as meetings,events and reports. - Check attendance worker and Recruitment new hire workers. - Organize and maintain file, records, and correspondence. - Provide general administrative support including: phones,distributing mail, and preparing. - Ensure all office equipment is well maintained and serviced. - Monitor daily activities of cleaners and make sure it in tidy manner. - Manage and Control all kind of administrative document to file in order - Handle on government officer/ Administrative procedure - Connecting all admin in warehouse/ solving problem - Other related duties as manager assigned

- 4 year experience administrative or related field (if have experience related work at Special Economic Zone is advantage) - Good English communication both writing and specking - Able to use computer literate (Ms. Words, Ms. Excel,Internet & E-mail) - Good interpersonal skill, hardworking, honest and high responsibility - Able working under pressure
