-Responsible for accounting, taxation and treasury function -Supervise team and manage accounting month end closing, quarterly closing, annual closing and related reports to all stakeholders. -Plan, organize and define team member objectives in line with strategies of the organization -Monitor performance and take appropriate actions to ensure effective use of the team's resources to improve organizational productivity and efficiency -Motivate subordinates and employ effective communication channels for guiding the team to achieve individual and group objectives -Ensure that resources are adequately utilized, drive optimum performance and process improvement initiatives -Liaise with tax authorities for any audit. -Handle statutory financial statement and external audits -Monitor cash flow and internal control process for cash management

-Bachelor Degree in Accounting or related field -At least 6 years' experience in Accounting and Taxation -Minimum 2 years managerial experience and handling small team of Accountants -Background with well-known MNC Trading, FMCG, Manufacturing-Trading companies would have an advantage -CPD is a must and CPA is preferable -Experience working with Shared Service Center would be preferred but not a must -Sound Knowledge of Local GAAP and IFRS -Knowledge of international trading and multinational operation -Able to travel at least once a month to factory location in Chonburi -Good analytical thinking and communication skills -Highly motivated and team oriented person -Familiar with SAP would have an advantage -Fluent English both in written and spoken
