Job Description • Answer phone calls to provide relevant information as well as good services to customers • Manage and resolve customers complaints accordingly • Process order from customers • Follow up and give feedback customers’ calls when necessary • Performs other related tasks as assigned by manager

Jobs Requirement

Job Requirement: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related fields • Have experiences related to call center, and related experience of sales and marketing is an advantage • Have good relation, communication, positive attitude and teamwork • Demonstrate sound work ethics and work commitment to deadline • Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing and MS Office such as word, Excel, PowerPoint. etc. Interested applicants should submit their CV and cover letter to Soma Group Co., Ltd using the contact below no later than 17h00 30 September, 2017.
