Ensure entry of ALL AP invoices into Peachtree to be done and arrange ON-DUE date AP printing to Head of Finance. Reconcile accountant payable with supplier statement and RPT statement. The reconciliation should be properly done and documented. Ensure supplier invoices are filed properly. Monthly Tax preparation (excluding payroll tax), filing and payment on time – on the 20th of each month. And submit to Head of Finance for review on 15th of each month. Annual ToP preparation, filing and payment by the assigned timeline every year. Deal with Tax Auditor (Limited and Comprehensive). Obtain relevant licenses for all new outlets. Renew closed to expired license for all existing outlets. Obtain Patent on annual base. Other ad hoc tasks requested by direct manager.

Graduated Bachelor Degree in Accounting Field or Master Degree of Accounting Field is an advantage Minimum 2 years working experience in Accounting, Finance or Tax Consultation.
