-New member and customer accounts opening and registration -To provide customer service to the existing customer accounts -Attending, handling and resolving customer complaints and enquiries -Update customer accounts information and renewal -Assist with placement and process of orders -To inform product sell and promotion to the customers and members through emails, mails or social media. -Meeting room reservation. Members are required to contact customer service for the use of the meeting room prior to theirs scheduled meeting with Customer Service. -To supervise the retail trade to ensure the daily retail trade activities flow accordingly. -To maintain the filling and recording of the registration form. Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in related field - Excellent communication skills in English, Chinese is a plus (need to liaises with Chinese speaking customer) - 1-2 years experiences in related field would be advantage - Able to multi-task and passionate about exploring other cultures - Creative and able to work both individually and in a team - Experience in Direct Selling Company would be advantage
