- Closely work with Account Manager on cash flows and expenditures - Work with cashiers to entering all transactions into QuickBooks Accounting Software - Follow up all the advance payment made to staff - Follow up all outstanding invoice - Follow up all the accountant receivable and accountant payable have been clear - Assistant Account Manager in budgeting, budgetary control and cash flow management - Ensure the good following of procedure and check all voucher/receipt that received from the customers - Ensure accuracy and completeness of accountancy, bookkeeping and administrative records - Collect the information from account every day. - Check Accounting Report Every day and Month. - Tax: Monthly and Yearly. - Control Accounting Procedure - Prepare Accounting Policies and procedure. - Other tasks assign from Manager.
