- Verifies documents for account payable (AP) transactions and ensures that all received documents need be issued accurately - Prepares payments on Bank Transfer, cheques, and booking accounts - Organizes bank reconcile and A/P accounts - Proceeds tax payable and National Social Security Fund (NSSF) - Files and maintains records of the transactions and other documents and produces the reports accordingly - Manages all required documents and activities for account payable transactions - Assists by checking in pending transactions and status and reports to the supervisor accordingly - Manages purchased activities that are relevant to account payable - Other tasks following supervisor's assignment or company policy

- Male/Female with Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related fields - 1-2 –year experience is preferred and new graduate is also welcomed - Fast learning and initiator with good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills - Good team work, good personality, service-minded, enthusiastic and hard working - Faithfulness, trust worthy, high ethical standard, assertive and loyalty - Good communication and interpersonal skills - Computer skills (MS Office: Word, Excel, and Power Point) - Knowing Thai language will be special considered ** Job Benefits: The incumbent will receive competitive remuneration and a wide range of benefit package from the company.
