Japanese Company Looking for Real Estate Agents in Phnom Penh: To identify properties for sale. To engage with property owners, buyers and renters. To upload properties to digital media platforms. To build your own network database of clientele. To uphold the professionalism and reputation of the company. Working with the lawyers to process sales & purchase agreements/ lease agreements. Working with the accountant to process accounts receivable/ payable. All other sales and marketing related duties that would normally be associated with being a Real Estate Agent.

Skills: • Language: Must speak and write excellent Khmer & English, additional language such as Chinese or Japanese would be a major advantage. • Fast and wiling learner, self-motivated, disciplined and good communication skills. • Reasonable computer skills (email, Word, Excel etc.) additional IT, computer and design skills would be a big advantage. • Must be presentable, take pride in personal hygiene, clothing and appearance. • Prior experience in Real Estate not necessary as full training will be given. • Must have own transportation such as a car or motorbike. Should be willing to travel. • Education: Bachelor Degree or higher • Age 22-35 Male & Female • Cambodian National Only • Competitive basic salary, benefits and commission structure.
