- Provide effective and innovative training to sales force. - Conduct research to instantly improve the content and delivery methods of relevant training courses. - Develop training curriculums to improve the performance of the sales force. - Assist the sales management team in conducting training and coaching sessions. - Assist in developing and conducting Training Needs Analysis related to sales. - Serve as a central point for knowledge and skills related to sales.

- 3-year experience in Financial Services Frontline, Trainer, Lecturer OR Sales.  - Experience in leading team is an advantage - Bachelor’s degree in education/training or business - Highly ambitious, independent thinker, hard-working and high level of empathy
