** JOB LOCATION: Preah Sihanouk Province. ** Field Supervisor RESPONSIBILITY: - Monitoring and organizing action work plan into daily and monthly in Estate - Budgeting and maintaining accurate financial records - Leading and pushing all activities in each division to be effective and efficiency on farm machinery management and consumption. - Understanding the implications of farm machinery using related to the field operations’ requirement. - Checking driver’s attendance and OT with HR Department - Prepare monthly cash requisition, diesel consumption and estimate diesel consumption. - Prepare requisition for diesel refilling and/or machinery repairing. - Do daily & monthly report and work as assign by Estate Manager. REQUIREMENT: - Bachelor Degree of Administration, Agriculture Science or related field. - At least 3 year experiences in administration, farm machinery management or other related field work. - Knowledge of written and spoken English. - Good communication skills and team work. - Can stay and work in rural area. - Computer literate (MS Office), Internet and E-mail. - Strong in interpersonal skills. ** Accounting Assistant RESPONSIBILITY: - Record daily FFB harvesting. - Prepare incentive for drivers. - Prepare payment and pay to harvesting workers. - Record Trail Balance, GL, Goods received and goods issue, AP invoices, AR and AP into SAP system. - Other tasks assign by Supervisor. REQUIREMENT: - Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance & Banking or other related field. - Fresh graduate are encourage to apply - Have experience in similar role is a plus. - Knowledge of written and spoken English. - Can stay and work in rural area. - Computer literate (MS Office), Internet and E-mail. - Good communication skills and team work.
